BT Line Rental Saver renewal online - new check box?

I use BT for line rental and Sky Talk Freetime for calls and Sky unlimited broadband.

BT LRS is up for renewal so went online to renew and at end of process there is a check box that needs ticking which says...

Before your order can be placed you need to consent to transferring your calls from your current provider to BT. Do you consent to these services transferring?

I dont remember this statement from last year, so wondering if it will have impact on continuing using Sky for calls, I also use 18185.
