Can anyone give me some advice. We are stuck in Copenhagen airport after our flight was delayed by just over 3 hours. We had nearly 4 hours to make our connection. Obviously, we missed it.
SAS won't help as we missed their flight.
Norweigan won't help as they say they fulfilled their contractual agreement, despite being 3 hours and 10 minutes late.
Stuck and don't know what to do. Please can anyone give me some advice on what to do please?

Depending on the reason for the delay you may be able to claim €250 each for the delay but this does not help you with the SAS flight you missed
You could try your travel insurance and see what they will cover. Unfortunately this is the risk of travelling on separate tickets and why you should allow as long as possible to mitigate risk
If this was on one ticket then the airlines are talking nonsense and you should be rebooked to get you to your final destination
Push things with your onward carrier they really should rebook you on the next flight at minimal cost. Try the airport desk and the phone line at the same time.
Otherwise rebook yourself on the next available flight (you'll need a return, not a one way), and reclaim on your travel insurance.
You buy a new ticket. Separate tickets = you bear the risk. If you have travel insurance they may be able to help.
I'm guessing the OP was on the delayed Norwegian flight from Orlando and were connecting to a SAS flight to Newcastle. Unless they want to pay £477 for a flight with SAS tomorrow they might want to look into flying easyJet to EDI (currently around £70).
We're booked to fly to Dublin in an hour or so and then to Newcastle very early tomorrow morning. Should get in at 8am.
Must go as our flight has just been called to the gate.
Thanks for all your help.
Next time NCL/SFB/NCL with Thomson perhaps?
The plane landed 2h43m late so no compensation is due (whether or not the delay-reason is extraordinary).
That is odd, because I did all the times on my phone. When the tyres hit the ground it was 2 hours 55 minutes late. When we got to the gate it was just over 3 hours. When we got off, it was 3 hours 15 minutes.
