The Competition opens at 00:01 on September 1 2015 and closes at 23.59 on September 30 2015. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered. 8. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
9. There is one prize:
•One winner will receive:

• an exclusive two-night stay in one of the Achncarry Estate’s two bedroom luxury apartments (sleeping a maximum of 4);
• three days hire of a top of the range branded Land Rover as provided by 4x4 Vehicle Hire in Edinburgh (available for collection from Edinburgh or Glasgow (other destinations maybe available); and

•GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

•Accommodation and car hire:
• is subject to availability;
•excludes 24 and 25 December, January, June, July, August and December 2016;
•must be booked by end of January 2016
•In addition:
•Drivers must hold a UK Driving Licence and be aged over 25 to drive;
•Terms and Conditions to be signed when vehicle handed over:
••Full terms and conditions for vehicle hire are available on request from 4x4 Vehicle hire. The winner and his/her companions are responsible for arranging their own insurance.
•Travel to Scotland is not included in the prize.
10. The winner will be notified by phone or email on or before October 9 2015 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within 7 days of being notified by GNM, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from GNM within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner.
