Hello all,
I'm trying my luck here. My wife got a ticket at Lidl in Liverpool (near hospital) and I'm in the process of writing my popla appeal.
I was wondering if anyone add a picture of the Athena's parking contract they have on the parking. I am not local and this would help me in rwriting the appeal.
