Well, off to OR meeting tomorrow, feeling a bit nervous but the guy does sound helpful. Just wanted to say that Nat West let me keep my personal account open after all. It was bloody hard work an took tons of calls but got there in the end. Think this seems to be quite rare0

Seems to be a bit of a trend re Natwest: - they converted my account to a basic one automatically, and several others have found the same too.0 -
Nothing has changed, have a select Account on line banking and debit card, they even refunded my charges as goodwill0
