When it comes to holidays, sometimes it’s a case of the more, the merrier. Mind you, it can be a bit of a bother trying to find a place that’s big and lovely enough for all of you. Well this month, you’re in luck because we’re offering you a wonderful three-night stay for you and up to 18 friends in a beautiful lodge in the highlands of Central Scotland, courtesy of Scotts Castle Holidays.

Terms & conditions specific for this promotion

1. The prize, for one winner, consists of a three night stay for a group of up to 18 people on a self-catered basis in the Central Highlands of Scotland with Scotts Castle Holidays.
2. No more than one entry per household.
3. Closing date for daily entries is 30th September 2015. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
4. The winner will be notified within 21 days of closing date using the email address supplied. A list of winners is available on request.
5. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of notification, another prize-winner will be drawn and the original prize-winner will forfeit the prize.
6. The holiday must be taken between Friday 9th January 2016 and Friday 12th December 2016 subject to availability.
7. The winner will be able to choose any available 3 night weekend break outside peak school holiday dates and are asked to arrive after 4pm on the Friday and depart by 10am on the Monday.
8. The property is being offered on a self-catered basis and the standard booking conditions will apply
9. Linen, towels, electricity and oil central heating included within the rental. An initial supply of logs for the open fire will also be provided.
10. This offer is restricted to a maximum occupancy of 18 adults (or a composition of adults and children of up to 18 persons in total based on the suitability of the accommodation on offer).
11. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, a substitute prize will be awarded of similar value.
12. The winner must adhere to the good housekeeping conditions of the tenancy and pay the owner a fully refundable good housekeeping bond on arrival.
13. Entrants agree to the use of their name, town and county location in the event they are chosen as the winner. The winner may be announced on Scotts Castle Holidays social media platforms, website, email newsletters and other promotional material.
14. Staff, family and friends of Scotts Castle Holidays & Belvoir Fruit Farms are not eligible to enter.

Terms & conditions

1. Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of and Belvoir Cordials and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.

3. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
4. The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative destination of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.

We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. 7. The Promoter, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
8. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
