Have ''hope''? Of course - you have more than that! You could have ignored Minster Baywatch and nothing would have happened except letters. They aren't the sharpest tools in the box, being ex-clampers.
If you've missed the appeal deadline (if you are now more than 28 days beyond the Notice to Keeper first letter?) then just ignore them. If you are in time then appeal using the NEWBIES thread template first appeal.
Hardly worth breaking into a sweat over, Minster Baywatch are a bit of a joke firm! Start your own thread if you need more advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have started a new thread as advised, I have made a bit of a mess of this.0

I too have had a ticket from Minster due to parking at Reel in Aberavon. I always try to go there to support the smaller cinema, but I am fuming now! I have appealed, sending copies of the cinema tickets to show we were in fact entitled to free parking. I had the £10 offer, and sent a cheque with a letter stating I was in no way admitting liability, merely covering any admin costs associated with sending me the initial letter. They now say that they have returned the cheque as it was undated and received out of time - I have not received anything from them except a letter telling me that they have had "no choice" but to forward the matter to debt collectors for £155.
Ridiculous! Am now awaiting a telephone call from someone today as they were on annual leave when I called and apparently only one person in the entire firm has the ability to discuss the matter with me.

You need to start your own thread - just like the poster above you - and you need to NOT talk to Debt Collectors or parking firms on the phone, they will try and trip you up, admit who was driving, and will tell you all sorts of rubbish to convince you that you are legally obliged to pay up.
Do it all in writing.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
I too have had a parking charge!!
I appealed firstly through Minster bay watch. And was declined.
I appealed then through popla and again I was was declined my appeal.
I attended the cinema back in May. I too didn't realise and no one of the staff told me of the new parking system on ipad.
By now I have dept collector letters demanding £155!
This is a joke!!

As with both of the 2 posters above yours - please start your own thread. Your case may well involve Minster Baywatch but the advice for your case may end up being significantly different - hence the rule.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Are you 'supongo' from Port Talbot area?
It would be good to talk as i have the exact complaint.
They are threatening to send me to court.

A new/low-postcount poster trying to solicit direct contact is highly suspicious.
Please remember that PPCs do trawl this forum trying to glean identifying info. So you need to step very carefully.
If you need to "talk" to anyone in any more detail - and TBH, that is pretty unusual, then only discuss matters with known/established posters.0
