ZZPS demand received for Premier Park PCN never received

Received a demand from ZZPS for a PCN from Premier Park that was not aware of.

Wrote refusal to pay letter to Premier Park using template from here, also explaining first notification was from ZZPS.

Been 2 weeks and not yet received any reply from PCN only another demand letter from ZZPS now referring to solicitors Wright Hassall.

The current balance is in hundreds which seems to be for an unknown (at the time) and subsequent failure to pay for a ticket for an hours stay by the driver.

Willing to pay for the unpaid parking but not the increased debt, especially as never received any PCN notification prior to ZZPS :mad:

Don't want to go to court though. What should I do next? Help please :eek:

search the forum using the search box and put WRIGHT HASSELL into it, read the advice in the other threads

ignore ZZPS etc

only come back if you get an actual LBC or court papers (MCOL)

Do what Redx has prompted then read through the above .......

After to have been shocked at the true scale of the scam you have fallen into .....

you will / should feel better at fighting it
