PCN, the ignoring stage and moving home?

Hi,
Having recently had an appeal rejected by Excel Parking, it looks like I am now at the point of ignoring any debt collector letters. This is fine, as I am happy to do so and keep an eye open for actual court action, however there is an issue, I will be moving in the next six months. My concern is that I will miss court papers if they are sent to an old address (should it get to that stage) and end up with an unknown CCJ.
Has anyone had a similar experience or could advise? I am currently living in England for work, however I will be moving back to Scotland; will this make a difference?
Thanks

moving back to Scotland might throw a spanner in the works , however they would serve court papers to the last know address (England) and they might do , costing you almost £200 to get a set aside/retried.
perhaps you could start communication with them again PPC NOT debt collectors and clearly include your mum/dad/sister/friend/bank managers address in Scotland ,
this way when they accept your letters and rewrite (to the new address , that will be the last known address
they will find it fun taking you to the CC court in Scotland0
