Ive managed a no spend day, and a pretty healthy day too. ive taken out my monthly food budget and seperated it into weeks, so anything i dont spend will go to the olympic challenge fund. I had an extra £40 left after everything for dec so ive put that onto my mint card.

Spud, i recomend a days binging in preparation for a new healthy start, it gets rid of all that naughty food, makes you feel sick and then you dont want to eat all the next day! im recomending this as a diet fad and not as a nurse mind! I think i will get the tape measure out tomorrow and join IA's challenge if i can brave writing them down.

I've joined IA's challenge, but there's no way I'm getting the tape measure out

Tomorrow will be my start day I think. Naughtiness mostly gone now :o

That sounds like a good idea, except that I scoffed the last box of After Eights last night, so there's no naughtiness left to get rid of. And I suppose I shouldn't really go out to the petrol station to get more tonight, should I?!

Just remembered that I've got a melon! Will go and chop that up instead, and it'll do DS and I for supper. That's got to be better than the After Eights!

Very best of luck with the diet challenges guys! I'm with you in spirit, and trying to eat as healthily as possible, but will start the weight loss when I'm eating for one again!

thank you for all the good luck wishes. im really keeping my fingets crossed for this treatment. ive been out to the sales and got a few bits for next christmas, reduced bits that will go well in hampers, and i have used vouchers so no money spent there.

diet not going to bad, just had 2 penguin bars though, oh well weekend sins arnt too bad are they?

ive just made a small overpayment on mint so will look forward to that clearing. i think i will have to look at the snowball again soon, id love to knock a nother month off my DFD!

im really looking forward t othe olympic challenge starting, i really want rid of that barclay card asap. its such a nice feeling that one card is finally below £1000 mark. im feeling really positive about reducing this debt this year.
