Entries to a National Art Pass prize draw must be received by midnight on the closing date of that draw. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Each National Art Pass draw is open to entrants between the following dates:
Draw 1: 00:01, February 4 to 23:59, March 1;
Draw 2: 00:01, March 2 to 23:59, March 29;
Draw 3: 00:01, March 30 to 23:59, April 26;
Draw 4: 00:01, April 27 to 23:59, May 31;
Draw 5: 00:01, August 31 to 23:59, September 27;
Draw 6: 00:01, September 28 to 23:59, November 1;
Draw 7: 00:01, November 2 to November 29;
Draw 8: 00:01, November 30 to December 27, 2015.
7. The winner for each draw will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the close of that draw. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to National Art Pass Prize Draw Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before January 31, 2016.
8. Each winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw they have won. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by that time or if a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value will be provided.
10. One winner in each draw will win a double National Art Pass, which comprises named cards for two people living at the same address. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of your prize.
11. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
