Parking eye, Riverside retail park Chelmsford

I received an £85 fine which I paid initially to receive reduction. However I won an appeal after posting copies of receipts. 2 hours only FREE. No option but to leave after that time is up. I blame the shops for allowing parking Eye to determine time allowed. I wrote to the retailers at this retail park: Matalan, McDonalds, Costa, Poundland, Paul Simons, mothercare, Sports Direct, Brantando, Staples, etc. Most did not answer, Poundland said it was out of their control!
No way can you shop in 2 hours at this place. There do not deserve my custom:

Fist mistake, using a car Park where they operate, the risks are simply too high, shop elsewhere, do not do it again.
The second, paying, no appeal now, you were sent an invoice not a fine and you have paid the invoice, there is nothing to appeal.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
op - your post reads oddly.
First: you did NOT receive a fine, just a fake invoice, which you paid.
2nd: 'However I won an appeal after posting copies of receipts. ' - what form did this con generosity take? Do you have a letter? What does it actually say?
Mark, this may be the 1st time we've disagreed, depending on the above :-)
op - read the newbies stickies, at least twice. Read all of them. Some retailers will act on a customer's behalf. Most duck responsibility, as you found. The essential is to assertively and promptly complain to the landholder.
I want to know exactly what form this took:
'I won an appeal after posting copies of receipts. ' Ipso facto, your money should have been refunded.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
