Just a heads up to everyone - Parking Eye currently have a technical fault with their website making this impossible to submit online appeals.
Started late last night and website still unavailable this morning.
Will update this when back in action.
Hopefully they will also read this and act upon this !!

I'm not aware PE appeals have EVER worked"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

rumours has it that Rossanna Breaks has been feeding the IT department £50 notes to keep it broken
in a statement on radio Chorley , she told the reporter
"well its been down for about 16 hrs now , I am quickly running out of £50 notes and its a bank holiday , with luck "Mr Capita" will pay me a few hundred more £50 notes tomorrow , if I lend him my rubber stamp"
at this point a Mr !!!!!house drove up in his little van , clamped Mz Breaks mouth shut and drove off shouting "I know the law" she was trespassing!!!0 -

It's still not working. None of the site works and I received a letter today for parking in Aldi at Morecambe. I was in store for 1 hour and 43 minutes doing a weekly shop but apparently the carpark only allows 1 hour 30. If they don't drop the charge I won't be shopping at Aldi again that's for sure.0

Check with the council planning office to ensure they are allowed to only give you 1 1/2 hours.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

In your case 6 minutes to find a spot and 7 minutes to leave should do the trick!0 -
