Selling & benefits

Hello,
Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who responded to my numerous threads & posts about my home / selling & renting.

Well, i took the advice given and sold it, with very little profit, paid off all long standing debts, overdraft and mortgage. Burst into tears as the stress this caused was unbearable.

Since Friday, it feels odd the thought of no mortgage and all debts paid

I sent all the fees paid from the solicitor to the ESA benefit centre including a bank statement showing monies going into a over drawn account - leaving me under £6000. Awaiting there response

Mixed feeling with it all. No saving, having spent over 25 years worrying about debt / mortgage feel abit lost.

Feel like i have nothing to worry about- but still worrying.

what would you contimplate doing/ focusing on next in your life equally as jmportAnt as the mortgage home career etc

Just focus on what makes you happy. Don't worry about whether or not it makes anyone else happy or not.

You are your main focus now.
