Can anyone recommend a cheap 7in android tablet?

I am looking for a cheap tablet to replace my memo pad as it is very slow. Id like to find a tablet that has a micro as card if possible. Any ideas? I'd be grateful.

Hudle 2 @ £99 or a refurbished one from tesco online for £79 will fit the bill nicely. I have a refurb and it has been excellent.0

I second the Hudle 2, although it isn't 7".
It's actually 8.3".

Argos were selling the Nexus 7 2013 (2nd gen one) for £100 It's still a decent spec tablet for that money.0
