It a month's time, I will have to get car insurance. I want to compare car insurances AFTER the cashback or any other discounts. Is there a website that does that? Or do you know a good offer to buy now?

Cashback offers change quite often so a quote now may be useless in a months time.
Treat cashback as a bonus because sometimes it doesn't payout. There is a thread today where they refused the cashback.
If there are 2 policies at the same cover and price then the cashback is possibly worth going for.
Insurance varies so much between one person and the next there is no one sure fire cheap option. My insurer may not cover you or want 10x more than I pay.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Quidco does insurance quotes searches with results showing the various cash back amounts it can offer.0

- The cashback rates you'll find on Quidco Compare may vary from elsewhere on the site. Nothing sinister, insurers simply pay different cashback rates to comparison services.

I cannot find insurance lower than £600!!! Are these people serious??? I NEVER had a claim for the last 15 years (in a EU country) and the last few years I am in UK. This is ridiculous...0

How much NCD do you have, any claims at all ? penalty points, Postcode, occupation. These all have an affect on your quote. If the lowest you can get is £600 then that would suggest there is something that insurers don't like in your details.0

How can I find out what is wrong with my details? I dread to pay such amount! It's almost my whole monthly salary! Please do something!0

If the details you have told the insurance companies are correct then there is nothing wrong with them, it's just that one or more of them means that insurance is expensive. For instance, my current insurance was £207, the same details but living in London increases my insurance to £900.
Try going to a broker to see what they can come up with.0
