Pcp agreement please help
I've stupidly, I admit, entered into a PCP agreement with Lloyds Mini. I've now realised I can't afford it. I signed the contracts today and paid a 500 pound deposit to collect the car next weekend. Have I got any rights to cancel this using the 2 week cooling period? Please help.

Yes, I believe you can cancel but you might lose your deposit. Either way better get on the phone to the finance company and the dealer ASAP.0
