Does anyone have any idea where I can get these from at a decent price? I'm looking for Part Number 00616100 - they seem to be around £15 each

You can get "Universal" knobs... not as pretty, but much cheaper. Don't ask me where from; I was actually buying a main oven potentiometer (C00193532), which might bring you to wherever I got it from...0
