Tesco Internet Saver

Hi

I recently opened a Tesco Internet Saver to make use of their DD facility. However I haven't been able to transfer out money from the Tesco Internet Saver Account. It says 'We've been unable to complete your transaction. Please try again' whenever i try to transfer out money back to my current account. Has anyone encounter this issue before?

It means there's a block on your account. They're meant to lift it when you send in your signature form but increasingly they are carrying out further checks. You need to ring them.

I had the exact same problem and I found a way round it. Instead of trying to have the money transferred immediately, put a date one or two days in the future. Worked for me.

Mine was the same.Very apologetic on the phone and told me the block should have been lifted earlier(had the accounts for 3 months at the time).They immediately lifted it and I scooped all of ten pounds out to my Santander a/c.Every little helps.
