Somerfield taking over Kwik Save

Hi All,

There is one Somerfield very close to where I live, and only down the road (5 mins walk) a Kwik Save, which has just been refurbished and has remained as a Kwik Save. That said, there only appear to be 4 Somerfields in the whole of Liverpool (inc the City Centre one) whilst there are loads of Kwik Save stores, so perhaps this is an area were they do well in!

Somerfield announced a few months back that they were withdrawing Kwik Save from Scotland with stores being closed down or converted into Somerfield.

Certainly Somerfield pricing differs between stores just like the Sainsbury's Locals and Tesco Express are more expensive than the larger stores. So many people don't realise and are suprised when you tell them this!
