£97K is £12K over the amount protected under the FSCS scheme. As from January next year this is reducing from £85K to £75K. I'm sure NatWest won't go bust, but is it a chance worth taking?

If your partner is getting £9k a year for working 32 hours per week they are getting less than minimum wage.
Might be worth checking see if they are due a pay rise.0 -

It is currently £170000 for a joint account.0 -
