On Electoral Role but not on.

According to an online check I am on the Electoral Roll (publicly) and have been since 2002.
However according to Noddle (who are a bit like Experian and Equifax) I come up on a credit score check as NOT being on the Electoral Roll and and this is lowering my "score".
Baffling!
MSE say that if you're not on the electoral roll you will not get credit.
I have been turned down recently for a credit card application which 90% get accepted for. I haven't been late with any payments, am a home-owner so am not sure what is going on as the Card people just say 'it's due to your credit report' and don't give any details.
Any ideas anyone, particularly about the Electoral Roll aspect?

On my Noddle file ER section there's a "Dispute" button. Do you have the same? If yes, what happens when you press it?0

Forget what your score is, its useless as lenders don't see it, lenders see your history. I'm sure you can get credit if your not on the electoral roll, it just might be harder.
The credit card co aren't obliged to tell you the why you were declined.
According to Experian and Equifax are you registered at the current address ?0 -
Do you live in a flat or any kind of building where the address can be written more than one way? That could be why.
You need to dispute it with them.0
