Have been thinking of you most of the day. Looking at your figures and what you have forgotten I do not think you will have a surplus at all especially with all taxi outgoings being double!
Double repairs (£100 a week alone!), taxi fee's, subs, tax, insurance, breakdown cover, NI Contribution's, Income Tax bill's etc.
I also forgot about an accountant - very important in taxi business
Please let us know how you get on especially with a revised I&E before you fill your forms in :T:T0 -
Hi moyilla, sorry I haven't replied its difficult to tell who's replied to what when you are searching through all the different posts on the forum. As it stands you are quite right I do not have any surplus income over infact I very much have a minus, I just hope the OR doesn't think I'm a trying to be a !!!!!! and trying to dodge an IPA. Although that is obviously exactly what I am trying to do

No he will not think that as all that I have mentioned here can be verified - not that it will.
You just simply forgot in all your worries0 -
If the OR decides you have more than £ 100 per month spare then you will receive an IPA. The receiver will take between 50 - 70 % of the spare income for 3 years. Your expenditure seems acceptable and folows insolvency service guidelines. I would trim the phone use a bit but put a tenner in for personal expenses. Child benefit or child tax credit are not allowed in the calculation. You can only start an IPA whilst undischarged. when discharged no IPA can be started. If you think any IPA is harsh it can be challenged.
