Buying non-reporting registered ETFs in my ISA and SIPP

Hi,
I am exploring buying US ETFs in my ISA or SIPP, and have been reading about the country of domicile of the ETF is important to know.
It is whether the ETF is registered as reporting status with HMRC.
A list is here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/offshore-funds-list-of-reporting-funds
My question is whether there is a tax implication if I buy *non* reporting registered ETFs in my ISA or SIPP? Do I need to declare them anywhere?
Thanks as always,
Dennis

If you are buying non reporting funds you may find that the gains from them are taxable in the UK as if they were income, which is not desirable. But this is not a problem in an ISA or a SIPP because neither gains nor income are UK taxable.
If you are holding a foreign non reporting fund in your SIPP you should not have any tax declarations to make (beyond letting HMRC know how much you were contributing to the SIPP, if you're a higher rate taxpayer and need to get the extra tax relief - but that is nothing to do with what you are actually holding in the SIPP)0 -
