Hi

I'm looking for info regarding my utility company. I have a new build and my building company says its bgas when rang they say its not registered with them and when I ask what to do they couldn't advise me. Can anyone advise me what I can do?

    Gas: Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524. If it's a new build you may indeed be shipperless.
    Elec: call your regional supplier (if you post the region, someone can advise the number).

    With electricity lots of properties are now being connect by iDNOs. Suggest you call BGAS back again and ask the to check on ECOES who your registered supplier is. If no supplier is listed you can choose who you want.

    Is this a one off property that has been built, or part of a larger development by this builder?
