postal comps...worth the time?

just wondering how many of you out there enter postal comps on a regular basis and what is the win to entry ratio like?

I haven't answered this. Yes the two cash prizes were email competitions. I have been lucky with this company (Inside soap) winning a book and two DVDS which were seperate postal comps. The two cash wins were email though.
