Student finance evidence "open SSG notes"

Hi I was hoping someone could shed some light, I'm obviously applying late for finance and on my next steps page where it states what evidence I need to send, it says "Send us your evidence to support your Student Support Grant application" then says "Open SSG notes to see what evidence to send us".
The problem is that it's a link and it doesn't work, I've tried on multiple devices and browsers, and there's no other way for e to see what evidence is required for this part.
If anyone has a clue I'd be very grateful.

It opens up a pdf file by the SFE dated 2015/16 and might be a good starting point for you.

Hi thanks so much, but that's not what I need - I probably should have mentioned I'm in Wales, and I think this student support grant is exclusive to Wales.
Not sure what it's equivalent would be for England, I'll try and find out.

Oh dear, sorry about that! If it helps, I think I googled 'student finance evidence england' and the link I gave you before came up as one of the results. Maybe if you tried the same, and added Wales to your search?
