Halifax Customer Service - Complaints

Hi,
Has anyone else had any issues with Halifax Customer Service, and call backs?
I am looking to do some additional borrowing on my mortgage and they have been absolutely shocking to deal with.
I called on Monday, and gave all my details (I am current Mortgage Customer), and was advised that I would receive a call on Wednesday to got through the application. This never happened.
I had to call them and go through the same process as I did on Monday. 50 minutes later, I was told someone would call me today between 8am and 12pm. This also never happened.
Called them again and had to go through the same process again, so they could "check the system". Was told they were busy and someone would definitely call me today - can't see it happening to be fair. If it doesn't today, I'll be going elsewhere and taking my current mortgage with me.
It's just about impossible to speak to anyone who knows what they're talking about. Seriously, it doesn't look as though anything is being logged in their system when you call....
Anyway, I went to log and complaint and this can only be done through their website, which asks for a Roll Number. I entered my Roll Number, only to be advised that it needs to be alpha numeric - mine only has numbers, so can't log the complaint.
Does anyone know of an email address to contact with the complaint? They've been an absolute nightmare here.

I recently filed a complaint (mortgage application delays) and was compensated £115 on the phone. I just called the usual mortgage number and asked to make a complaint. As I understand it, the call handler then takes you through an online form, they then call the complaints dept for a decision (whilst you hold) then they come back to you with their decision and redress. One phone call - took about 20min, and when I hung up the money was already in my account!
I didn't ask for money - just asked for my application not to be delayed any further - but they offered it to me (£100 plus £15 for my numerous phone calls). I was happy with that, and we got our full offer a few days later.0
