Nipped in there this morning to get some Christmas stuff for a charity I am involved in, only to discover that the stock wasn't on the floor. Super staff member went off to get what I wanted and as I had mentioned it was for a charity, gave me an additional discount which I wasn't expecting as the stuff I was getting was on sale in clearance, so well done to the staff there.
A smile costs little but creates much
