Credit File Confusion

Hope someone can help. I started a DMP with StepChange in 2005 and spent until 2013 paying off a significant amount of debt. It is all cleared now but I'm confused by some of the info on my credit file. One of the credit cards (Marbles) which was paid via StepChange shows several late payment markers from Aug 2011 to Dec 2012 (all '4' and '5') then 3 'AP' markers then switches to all green. I know that StepChange were making payments throughout all of this time so I'm not sure why they show as late. This is obviously affecting my credit rating a lot, even though I have a good salary, mortgage and regularly pay off my credit card. Is it worth contacting Marbles to see why they have reported it like this? Any advice much appreciated!
