I have the interview in 2 weeks might as well go and see what happens im already struggling with what questions ill be asked here are the competencies:

Delivering at Pace
Leading and Communicating
Managing a Quality Service

Delivering at Pace, Is about working steady and efficiently I would say.
Leading and Communicating, Should be as it says with good level of communication skills and taking the lead on work related things.
Managing a Quality Service, Making sure that you keep the service on offer up to a high standard as expected by management.

Is what I'd go with on the above.
