Hi,
I am trying to contact lloyds tsb by email to set up Internet banking. Other than this email CONTACT.US@LloydsTSB.co.uk, anybody know any other emails i can send to get the issue resolved. I have completed the email queries form on their website but no reply(waited nearly a fortnight).
Thanks

LTSB do not have an exclusive Internet bank account.
You need to open a current account first (which you can part do using the Internet and taking the ID to a branch of your choice).
I would telephone them on 0845 3000 000 with any queries rather than wait for an e-mail.0 -
eric.daniels@lloydstsb.co.uk I would give you some others but I dont like adding to peoples work load, doing it this way it is allocated fairly, otherwise if you send it direct to say someone in Card Concerns or Service Recovery they end up having to deal with it.That is the CEO's address, you will get a reply within a day or two at the most, stating where your issue is going to be "resolved".James0

Many organisations won't respond by E-mail if the message contains personal detail because it is not a secure means of communication. If you don't have an account yet, I would telephone them, although clearly they should have some way of replying to your message!0

Why not phone them? surely that would be far easier?0

LTSB in particular won't deal with any specific issues by email, you will have to write or phone.
If all you want is to open an account, why not just go into the nearest branch, there's enough of them?0 -
Biggles is right, I beleive LTSB have a policy of not using email. I have a personal account with Lloyds, but I have also spoken to our LTSB business bank manger at work and he wont send us emails either (even in general correspondence). He said that this might change in the near future though.
As a software developer, I have never understood why people claim email is too insecure for some personal details. Whilst its possible someone might read your email as it travels across the network - its highly unlikly given the number of emails. I reckon the Royal Mail are more likely lose your postal mail, delivery it to the wrong address or have someone open/steal it.0 -

Thanks James, do you work for LTSB?
I have a current account with LTSB, I would like to view this on the Internet. I telephoned them ...the adviser was being so difficult advising me to try again, guess what...same error message.0 -
What stage are you at with it, have you registered online?

I seem to recall it was all fairly straightforward, you enter your password online and they send you your user ID. No?0 -
