PCN and Popla

Hi - I hope someone can help..
I have appealed my PCN on the grounds that I was administering first aid and they have refused the appeal.
I now have a Popla code - is this something they are likely to reject - I don't really want the fine to go up to £100!
Also the Popla website has changed and they are moving to an Ombudsman service - does this make a difference?
Any help would be most grateful. :)

people who follow the forums advice normally win at POPLA ....

as you said the appeals are moving from POPLA to the Ombudsman service ...... and as we have yet to see any appeals from them , there is know way of knowing ........

We have to presume that it will be similar and proceed on that premis.......

so read though the newbies thread on making a POPLA appeal and register it with POPLA .... then wait till the new guy's take over

oh .... and ... after reading the above never ever use the 'f' word again ...... it's not a fine

    good luck and don't pay

Have you given this to your local paper/radio/TV station, they love this sort of thing and it gives the PPC a bad name, and costs them money.
