Can anyone help restore these, please?

What used to be available for this has disappeared. Worse, for example, keystrike Control B, which emboldens text, on btyahoo email wipes it, but inserts a vertical list of my contacts.

This is a connectivity notspot - shouldn't be, but is, and worsening.
I resort increasingly to the Baldrick School of Lateral Circumvention, but can't sort this.

BTLive chat fail to respond. I've filleted all forum answers/subjects.

Any help would be much appreciated
