Help with logic combi boiler

Following a spot of decorating we have just replaced a radiator resulting in the pressure in our combi boiler to drop below 1 bar.
Following the manufacturers instructions we have re-pressurised the boiler but the bar level has risen to almost 3. According to our manual, the installation (ie correct) level, should be between 1 and 1.5 bar.
Now that we are at almost 3 bar we have full central heating and hot water but I'm worried that our high pressure level could cause problems.
Can anyone advise - do we need to "depressurise" our boiler and if so how?
Full boiler details are - Ideal Boiler, Logic + Combi 24.
Thanks in advance.

It seems like you left the valve feeding mains water to the system open for too long. I have done this in the past, it doesn't take long if you get distracted!! Simplest way is to use the bleed screw in the radiator that is highest in the house. It may take some time but it means you don't have to open a radiator pipe and risk taking too much water out and then having to re-pressurise it and then ........0

Or you've not properly closed the valves on the filling loop, if it's at 3 bar then the PRV should lift and may then require replacement. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Problem seems to be sorted.
It Looks like Le_Kirk was right, when we'd refilled the system we hadn't totally closed off the refill valve.
Everytime we release water from the system it would refill to 3 bar.
Valves have now been tighten and pressure is holding steady at 1.5 bar - many thanks for your help.0
