PPI Rejected Twice By HSBC/FD & The FOS Lost My Paperwork.
After HSBC/FD rejected my claim I went to FOS for help.
They then kept me hanging on for 4 years until I complained to them.
They they 'found' my paperwork but said too much time had passed to make my claim stick.
Tried again to claim against HSBC/FD recently and was rejected again based on their previous decision.
I guess its just not meant to be for me . . . .
