Car Hire for 23 yr old Inverness

My daughter is looking to hire a car for nine days in Inverness.

Anyone know a good car hire company in Inverness or at the airport that will rent to a 23 yr-old? Also do companies like HolidayAutos get a genuine discount compared to going direct with the hire company? They seem to but there are so many terms and conditions to it all it is hard to see the wood from the trees. For instance they let you add a damage waiver but in the small print you find that under-25's cannot have a damage waiver and yet they happily let you pay for one! They all add on a huge amount per day for being under 25; e.g. £32.50 which is making the cost too expensive.

Use 'direct car excess' for the cover, no increase for age and 2.29 a day for europe. I used them last year over 6 months of car hire and when I finally had to claim after a bird hit the bonnet they paid the £700 excess within 5 days. I used to check the price on one of these firms that offer the cheapest deal then compare with the price from the one they said was the cheapest with that rental companies website

Looks like Arnold Clarke are coming out quite good as they charge £10 a day for 23/24 yr olds instead of £32.50 a day that some of the competition are charging. I will look into your excess tip, thank you.
