Is it common for seller not to be fully moved out on completion

    Perish the thought of buyers sitting outside watching us. We had the removal men pack and they loaded the day before. We asked them to clear everything and after they finished at 4pm, we spent a couple of hours cleaning and then left.

    We went back at 7am next morning to read the meters and left the keys on the side, ready to move into whenever they completed

    A few hundred quid extra that cost and ensured no stress for either party on completion day
