Capquest - account regarded as default or delinquent

A Capquest debt on my Experian credit file. It has only just appeared 9/8/15. I have never dealt with Capquest or defaulted on an account with anyone.
The default date is 19/4/2010
The debt type is Communications.
Can this be removed because it has passed the 5 year statute limit or are things different for communication type lenders ?

april 16 it willDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
