letting agent not giving tenants new address

    Whilst you're sorting out the letting agent you could use a service such as Monkey Finder to track done the wayward tenant to start a claim for the arrears and damages. There's always a chance the LA either doesn't have a forwarding address or was given a false one.

    Thank you I will check monkey finder. I am wondering now whether you're right and the address is unknown. The ex tenants appear to be a tad underhand.
