Energyhelpline* mse - LINK
Switch via this specific Energyhelpline*. You can get £34 for a dual fuel switch, or £17 for a single gas or electricity switch.
When I enter via the LINK - The terms and conditions on the website indicate ''The deal will run for a limited time only, it is expected to last until January 31, 2015  but if demand is high it may end sooner''
Anyone know whether the cashback deal is still on - as advised by moneysavingexpert.com
Looks to me like it needs to be updated to 2016 or has it come to an end?

Eight months is a long time in the domestic energy sector. If memory serves, EHL had a further collective switch to EoN in March. There is another MSE collective switch about to be released according to information on this site.
And again in June 2015:

It's not a collective switch - energyhelpline in this instance is just another switching company, moneysavingexpert.com get paid when you change using the LINK

If the ts+cs say it ends on or before 31/1/15 you have no comeback if they don't pay up!
You can get more than £34 cashback if you use a "standard" cashback site to go to a switching/comparison site.
eg "up to" £36.75 at topcashback with simply switch0 -
They paid up for a switch I started in Feb 2015 in (I think) June or July 2015.0
