Bank of Scotland with Vantage

I have currently used up my Santander, LLoyds, TSB, Halifax, Tesco and Nationwide current accounts for interest. My Nationwide flex direct ones have reached there one year point and been closed. I am considering opening some Bank of Scotland ones but are very concerned regarding people having them closed. I don't want to lose my Lloyds, TSB and Halifax if when opening the new Bank of Scotland ones its triggers them looking at my other accounts which are used just for the interest and working fine at the moment. Has anyone opened some recently with Band of Scotland with this current concern about account closures. Don't want to rock the boat that is working fine at the moment but need somewhere to put money.

Opened three just under a year ago with no issues. YMMV though.

Premium Bonds are worth a look.

I believe there have only been a few cases of account closures but I wouldn't want to take the risk in your position.

I'm thinking of doing this i.e. opening 3 accounts.
How exactly did you go about it? e.g. is there a time span that you should leave before opening the 2nd + 3rd accounts? Are all the accounts in the same name only (not joint accounts). Thanks.

As soon as you can see your new account online, you can apply for another. All 3 of mine are in exactly the same name.
