Green Deal - Finance Options

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can advise or point me towards information on ways to fund green deal/energy saving options.
A few years ago I looked at the Green Deal but didn't go ahead with the improvements and have now noticed that the Government has stopped the funding to the Green Deal Finance Company.
My question is.
It appears that the Green Deal still exists i.e. you undertake a green deal assessment, find a provider and then an installer etc. However, I can't work out how the works can be funded since the Green deal loan no longer exists.
Can anyone tell me what the options are for funding the works now if I wanted to implement energy saving options at my home? My understanding was that the original deal included a loan attached to the electricity bill etc. Would it now have to be a personal or a secured loan or even credit cards to fund the works?
Thanks
