MSE News request - moved address/updated your bank but not getting paperwork?

Have you moved address, told your bank/credit card provider, and then found out later that it hasn’t updated its system so your post and cards etc. are being sent to your old address?
If yes, please let us know below when this happened, and which bank/card provider it involved.
