Lloyds PPI help

I have had a credit card with Lloyds and I know it had PPI on it. I got into financial difficulty with Lloyds so have paid my credit card back on a debt plan agreed directly with Lloyds. I finished paying the credit card last year. I have submitted a PPI claim with Lloyds who state that they have no records of my PPI or credit card statements due to the time that has passed. I have no paperwork. Should I accept this? If not what should I do?
Thank you:money:

If you have evidence of payment then supply it. If you dont believe them then spend £10 and do a data subject access request. If it turns up nothing and you have nothing then its game over.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Hi advice please, I successfully reclaimed 4k about 2 years ago from Lloyd's thanks to this site. They didn't pay out on all my loans but I just thought ok no probs happy with 4k. The other night I got a call from Lloyd's saying they were re looking at my claim for the loans I didn't get payout in and she asked questions about the times I applied for the loans, ie did I work back then was I eligible for sick pay, death in service payment etc, after answering all her questions she said if I'm due any more money I will hear within 3 weeks. Does any one know anything about this? Also what's my chances of more cash? Thanks0

I claimed back 8k on lloyds ppi. I had a call asking more questions on both claims (2 separate loans and 2 separate claims) I had money put back in my Lloyds account within the 3 weeks, very nice for 20 mns of form filling and answering a few questions!0

So, I rang them today for an update only to be told they were satisfied that the original payout was right and I'm not due anymore! I can contest this again. So, I got to thinking, I must have been chosen as someone they thought needed re looking into. I feel like the carrot has been dangled then snatched away! So with nothing to lose I've complained and tried again, I've gold them that every loan I got was the same scenario where I felt like I had to take PPI, even tho I wasn't in need of it, so will await the outcome again.0

Most banks have reviewed at least some of their rejected complaints for a second time. The specific time frame for the review and the cases involved vary from one lender to another. A case being re-reviewed doesn't necessarily mean it is going to be upheld, it could just be that they have spoken with the FCA and established that some of the cases they looked at in a certain time period were not in keeping with what the FCA would expect.0 -

No. You may have been in a batch with a higher than desired failure rate. However, it doesnt mean everyone in that batch was wrong.I feel like the carrot has been dangled then snatched away!
You should be pleased they got it right. So with nothing to lose I've complained and tried again,
Crazy. its about time the complaint system abuse was closed down. It delays those with genuine issues and creates massive costs that are passed on to other consumers.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
