ESA tribunal won. PIP referred to DWP. what happens next ?

Last year I became ill. I applied for esa and eventually got atos who gave me 0 points. I went to a tribunal three weeks ago and was awarded 42 points and put in non-work group.
the court told me backpay in 2-3 weeks. I've heard nothing. JCP say it's nothing to do with them and wouldn't discuss it.
In the meantime my atos pip assessment came up but I was too ill to get there. as this was the second time (first rearranged nearer as they wanted me 40 miles away at 9 am). atos say pip application now referred to dwp for closure.
I have written to dwp to explain my non attendance to pip assessment.
any advice appreciated. I am on basic £73 pw. how much backpay from may, 2014 ? how long will it take ? what can I do ? jcp wont discuss and I can't get thru on the phone.

Have DWP acknowledged that they have received documents from the tribunal with the decision in your favour? Because until they do they wont discuss the claim or back payments.
Also for your PIP medical you could have gotten you're doctor to write a letter explaining you need the health centre to collect you and take you home.0 -
What the tribunal have said is an estimate. It may take longer, depending on backlogs.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
