Does anyone know how long the V5 log book is currently taking to come through when you buy / change your car with the DVLA?

I bought my car on 20th July and have not yet received the new V5. I believe previous owner sent off the form that day so the delay isn't down to them.

Bought a car 10th August paperwork arrived 21st.

TBH it's the longest I've ever known it to take - many a time I've picked up a car on a Saturday and had the paperwork 9 o'clock Monday morning.

Bought my car on the 5rd Aug, and not as yet received my new V5.

Changed on 30 June. V5 took about 4 weeks, acknowledgement of my old car being transferred a week later, tax refund 6 weeks.
