Hi there,
Apologies if this is in the incorrect place in the forum.
I'm looking to start claiming PPI for all the credit cards I've had over the years, stemming back to the year 2000. Unfortunately my credit file only goes back to 2010 for credit cards. I was wondering if there is a way to locate a list of all my previous and now closed credit card providers so that I can start the process. It's likely to be a fairly long list as I went through a series of 0% interest cards over a number of years.
Many thanks for any help.
Scott

Only from your won records. It's likely to be a fairly long list as I went through a series of 0% interest cards over a number of years.
Then its possible that you didnt have PPI as most of these are typically self applied (such as via internet or mailshots).
When you paid the monthly bill, did you see the balance go up each month?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Many thanks for your reply.
Before I learned about 0% cards I'd had interest bearing ones, so you never know.
Silly question maybe, but what's my won lists?
Thanks again,
