Identify this plant/weed?

Moved into a brand new house and my first garden a year ago.

In Spring we dug a nice border and planted lots of stuff, something is growing that we don't think we planted, but not completely sure.

Can anybody work out what the attached is? Should I keep it or rip it out? It's the one that looks slightly like curly parsley (it has no discernible scent)
