What should I do?

Have paid the deposit on a holiday with mytravel for oct half term. On going to pay the full balance today i notice that the flight times have changed from 07:30 to 18:20- 11hrs 10 mins. firstly im annoyed that i have not been contacted about this and needless to say i cannot contact anyone til monday.

Effectively a day has dissapeared as retrn flight is still midday and getting in late is not great with toddler.

I can't remeber if the free cancellation/ ammendment only kicks in after 12hr change and wonder if i would loose the holiday if i dont make the payment today with is the balance due date

Suggestions please!

Have read the t&cs and seems that i have to pay up- wasn't a large deposit so not worth claiming on insurance due to excess. same holiday is more than double the price i paid.

do you think it's worth ringing them on monday to try and transfer?

It is worth ringing them to make your point. Did you pay a flight supplement for the daytime flight? I'd ask for that back if I were you, also make the point about a day dissapearing from your holiday.

As you said, you are unfortunately not entitled to anything as its not 12 hours (how convinient its 11!), but still worth calling, you might catch someone on a good day!
